1. Nature of the Service
Svara AI provides digital, subscription-based artificial intelligence services. By their nature, these are non-tangible, digital goods that are instantly accessed and consumed upon subscription. Therefore, our refund policy reflects the immediate value provided by the software.
2. Refund Policy (Strict No-Refund)
Due to the instant accessibility of our AI services and the high costs associated with AI processing, all subscription payments are final and non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated billing for:
- Partial usage of the service during a billing cycle.
- Any unused time remaining on your subscription if you cancel early.
- Change of mind after a purchase has been made.
- Failure to understand the system requirements or how the service operates.
Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered under the following rare circumstances:
- Duplicate Billing: If a technical error causes you to be charged multiple times for the same billing cycle.
- Complete Technical Failure: If a catastrophic system failure prevents you from accessing the Service entirely for an extended period, and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
Please note: Any exceptions are granted at the sole and absolute discretion of Svara AI management. To request an exception review, you must contact our support team within 7 days of the billing incident.
3. Cancellation Policy
We believe in keeping your subscription fully within your control.
- How to Cancel: You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time through your account billing settings or by contacting our support team.
- Effective Date: Cancellation requests apply exclusively to future billing cycles. If you cancel in the middle of a month, you will not receive a refund for that month.
- Continued Access: Upon cancellation, your account will remain active, and you will continue to have full access to the Service until the end of your currently paid billing cycle. Once the cycle concludes, your account will downgrade, and you will not be billed again.
4. Payment Disputes (Chargebacks)
If you encounter a billing issue, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team first. Filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or credit card provider will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your Svara AI account.
